Very poor customer services

Thomas Cook left me stranded at Gatwick Airport for 7.5 Hours on a very expensive DELAYED charter flight, after writing an extensive itinerary of my experience failed to answer my letter of complaint. I have £200 of vouchers won in a competition that will be going on ebay.
