Order clothes that came very quick (ordered on sunday they came tuesday).
One item was missing...When i put the order in it said low stock... and the item did not arrive, so i worked out they didn't send it and lucky refunded me for the item without having to ask. Failed to inform me that they were not going to send that one item. I will use them again. Good website.
When talking/chatting to this company online they are not helpful they are just looking to finish the chat ASAP. they need to focus on more customer service as thats what they are. Less on trying to finish the chat session to get onto the next makes me not want to subscribe again.
Got a scala rider G9 powerset. except it was not a power set it was 2 single unit (not paired) received broken. You picked it up then said you did not receive it back and would not believe me.
Until scala emailed me to say that they wanted to reactive the account for someone else to use because your company sold it on to someone else and tried to have double profit. Not happy about that one bit. This was a few months back now but have only just had a chance to leave you with feedback. WD35EU postcode to search for the order. At least we got a refund well after the 30 day period...

My brother order rear pads and not front pads for my car. They arrived so quickly but I did not realise until 2 weeks after they arrived and had my car booked in the garage for the next day!
Now online returns can be the most annoying thing in the world with having to arrange to send the stuff back and get the new ones sent...costing me so much money..but not with good old euros! called them up, they gave me a returns number so I could pop to the branch and exchange them even after having them for 2 weeks!
The guy on the phone (Mark) said because of the trouble I was in he would match the price of the rear ones to be the same as the front ones! (it was only a 5er BUT STILL!) He told me he had reserved the stock and gave me a reservation number then off I went. When I got there the staff were so kind and helpful with everything and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Best £20 I ever spent in my life! Will be spending a lot more in the future! Thanks EURO'S!

This company asked me for my feedback when placing the order.
I said something like you should have your phone lines operate on weekends.
There "auto template response" to me was "Our phone lines are mon-fri"
I did not reply at the time but my response would be " Yes I know they are mon-fri but I think you would do better with a weekend team as well"
That's my feedback would have been 5 starts if you gave a good decent answer back. Why ask for my opinion if you do not care?
Still quick service and easy website to use cannot knock you for your logistics and prices were good!
