The customer service skills at Bravo Fly are horrendous. I called to book a flight and after over 15 minutes of spelling out the passenger name to a guy with very poor English, I believed it was done. When I received the flight confirmaiton, the spelling was wrong. I called back and through mid conversation they put the phone down on me! I rang back again and another lady put the phone down on me AGAIN.
I rang back and I spoke to a guy who did try and help, but like all the others his English was terrible and I could barely understand him. He then told me I would be CHARGED for changing the passenger name that THEY spelt wrong!! I couldn't believe it! I would not recommend this to anyone, i'd stay away.
