Print was damaged in the delivery van - there was crush and water damage - I called Printed customer services and they resolved the situation very quickly and got new copies to me within 48 hours. Seeing as the issues wasn't their problem - it was entirely the fault of the courier I thought that was pretty good. I've been meaning to post this for mounths but only just around to it.
