Placed order for two items on the 12th of November. One item of low value eventually arrived on the 21st of November. Chased the second item (high value) told it would arrive within 2/3 working days. Chased numerous times since, no reply to my emails, can't get through on the phone line.
Contacted my credit card company for a refund.
