total rubish servise

I purchased a Beco Freezer last September and it broke down 3 days before Xmas and I lost all the food .
It was repaired in January and boke again 4 months later.
I have had conversations and sent letters asking for a replacement or a refund and they say no , a repair only which I do not want .Also they cannot even address the letter correctly and send it to a Mrs S Brotherwood and not Mr A R Brotherwood.
They are totally incompetent and If possible I will never deal with this company again and would suggest that nobody should which may get them to react.
