They send me Dead On Arrival UPS and they refered me to manufacturer to seek advise on replacement!

contacted the manufacturer and it takes 3-5 working days to replace a faulty UPS, not as you stated "ON-SITE next day"
As for DOA item I would expect replacement from the supplier, not seeking manufacturer warranty !
