Terrible expererience, my money taken twice

Just eat have made yet another error, I ordered a take away and they duplicated the order and took two payments, i have to wait days for the refund. i asked for some modest compensation to be told NO in no uncertain terms, a rude company that makes too many mistakes, all in its favour.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us. I'd like to look into this for you.

If a duplicate order does go through, it's usually because there has been interruption during the payment process. i.e refreshing the page, clicking back a page or generic browser/internet issues.

Can you email us with the email address registered to your JUST EAT account to our email address below and we'll have a look into this for you.
