I tried placing my first order last week Wednesday and I wanted to pay cash for my items since their credit facility charges are very high. After opening an account I didn't get a chance to pay my bill but instead they opened a credit account for me without my consent. I then emailed them immediately to let them know that I want to pay for my items of which they confirmed that I had no credit account with them. and that if any purchases I make will be cash only as I wanted.
I received an email this morning confirming that my items have been dispatched ( I had no idea I had made a successful order!) and moreso when I checked the bill they had not included the free delivery I was entitled to and the 20% I was taking advantage of and one of the items which I had ordered from their sale items was now being charged full price!!!
I have spent nearly half an hour complaining to them about this only to be told that there is nothing they can do, the stuff has already been dispatched and that I will have to return them and only then will they be able to open a cash only account for me. More to that the customer service advisor Edwina as very rude and not compassionate at all!!!!Just watch out for they are too good to be true!
