Dave Matthews completed a silver service on Envoy hot tub, purchased in 2008. Dave's work was up the usual high standards that I have come to expect from Hot Tub Barn. The post sales customer service from Hot Tub Barn is outstanding, Trevor in the office is unbelievably helpful - and is always a cheery voice - if I'm ever concerned that the tub isn't performing properly, I give Trev a call and he is always a calm voice of reason!! I have a service contract and over the years different members of the maintenance team have serviced the Spa, they have all been unfailingly polite and helpful. It is rare these days to find a company having pride in their work and loyalty to the product and it is a pleasure to deal with them.
