Awful, awful, awful

I have been waiting for a day a nd half for a delivery. Day 1: I was given a useful 10 hour delivery slot - the parcel did not arrive (no calling notice, no message, just me using the parcel tracker). Day 2: I receive a text message stating that nobody was in (despitte being in). So not only do Intelink not deliver, but they lie to their customers too. On eventually getting through to seomone it appears that the driver's satnav could not find the address (depsite being in the middle of a town in a house that has been here for some years).

Disgusted with the service from this company.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. Having looked into this, I see that you have now received your parcel. I also see that our customer services team escalated this matter to the delivery depot, and they have also spoken to the driver about the importance of ensuring a smooth delivery experience at all times.
