This company is a complete shambles, I have never had a parcel collected on time and have had to rebook up to 3 times and make constant calls to customer services before a collection is made. The driver says he is never notified of the collections, though head office insist he has been; I have tried to resolve this problem with them but they seem indifferent to the distress and inconvenience they cause . I booked this last collection through a different company (Parcelmonkey) but it is the same old problem. I see that the overall rating here is 1.4 out of 10 and that just about sums them up. Today customer services said they would 'send him a reminder' (why should he need one?) but his scanner isn't working. It is the last time I ever use them (or try to).
