I placed an order and discovered, immediately, that I had ordered the wrong colour. I Emailed to try and cancel it but was told it was too late. So I waited for the wrong item to be sent, ordered the correct replacement and returned the wrong one. I realised I would have to pay postage, but didn't realise that 4Ourhouse would also charge what they called a 'restocking fee'. Nothing on the web site to say about this. Beware if you need to return anything.
