I have ordered from glasses direct for the last few years and have always found them helpfull and good value for money, the only time I had a problem they sorted it straight away. I would recommend them to my family and friends anytime.
If you pay the deposit then change our mind in the agreed timeframe you will have to wait 28 working days for you deposit to be returned - not good - think carefully before your part with your money. I cancelled my treatment in the agreed time zone on the 3rd July and was told today I will not get my deposit back until 12th August. This is a terrible service and I have now lost faith in this company and will not be dealing with them in the future. They do not tell you this when they take your deposit and I think they should, why do they need to keep my money for nearly six weeks.
