Well, it's supposed to take 5-10 business days to receive an order, and here it is, business day 15, and still no sign of my order. Mind you, 'business days' for this company only count Monday-Friday even though the postal company also delivers on Saturdays. So it's actually been 17 shipping days and still no order. I contacted customer service last week on business day 11 and they told me they couldn't track the order but to call my local postal carrier in case I wasn't home and they didn't leave the package or a note. This makes no sense, because the USPS doesn't deliver small packages to the door, they leave them in my mailbox (I only ordered a swimsuit). Today, on business day 15, I contacted them a second time and this time they were magically able to track the order, showing that it got 'held up' at customs and assured me that my item would be shipped soon. I asked if I could cancel my order and of course I can't, but they told me to feel free to return it for a refund after I've received it. Why even bother putting an estimate on shipping times if you can't reasonably meet them? Customer service was little to no help and I wouldn't have ordered this item if I knew it would take this long (it won't be here in time for my vacation in two days, which was the sole reason for purchasing the item).
