I was a little bit nervous as I could see some customers had had problems with late deliveries and missing items but went ahead anyway as the prices are amazing. I could see one item was out of stock but that was expected to be back in stock on a specific date. I rang before placing the order to check this wouldn't delay the main order and was reassured it would not and all I would need to do would be to call once the order was placed. I did all this and it was fine - the other item arrived a week later. Communication from delivery drivers was great, everyone was charming. The only thing I'd say is that this review would get five stars if it wasn't for the countdown timer on the website suggesting the sale is ending within the next 24 hours - it's nearly three weeks later and the sale is still on! Fortunately another reviewer had noted this in their review (thank you) so I wasn't fooled. The countdown timer is a cheap trick and not worthy of an otherwise splendid service.
I was nervous after reading a few of the reviews on Trustpilot regarding orders delayed or with missing items but the prices were so great I went ahead anyway. I was notified almost immediately that one item was not in stock but after emailing the customer service team was reassured that wouldn't hold up the rest of the order. It was 9 working days before I got my order but that wasn't an issue for me. Customer service responded quickly to my enquiry about the delayed item - their issue management system is good - and the delayed item actually arrived the same day as the main order anyway! So overall I'd heartily recommend to anyone.
