Cheap got me this, Two snide responses via telephone, both at my personal cost ...one charged at 3.60/minute and they made sure the five minute timer rang before I finally got one of their "experienced" travel agents. I was advised how to try again and what to change. I pondered whether I really wanted to do cheap. The unexpected problem I had and the angst I had to go through to confirm what was going on was lesson enough. I use skyscanner which gave me the option to purchase my tickets with you. Didnt miss a beat. My only concern however is that there is no obvious mention of baggage allowance so I shall address my query to customer support. Thus far Im satisfied, nor do I begrudge the extra 300AUD I paid to secure my ticket. I will always skip pass the "i don't really care." Website from here on. I don't care either. Quality outstrips cheap.
