I have taken the day off work to await delivery of my parcel. I received a text telling me it will be delivered in the next ten minutes, and then ten minutes later a text saying delivery had failed because 'nobody was in to receive the parcel' . In all this time I hadn't strayed more than 5m from my front door. I can only assume the delivery driver didn't want to get his hair wet in the rain. So then I try to contact Interlink. But as far as I can tell they don't speak to humans, there is only a computer which eventually hung up on me when I fail to blame myself for the problem. And this all behind a premium rate phone number! Very poor indeed!
I have bought a number of parts from my bike from Wemoto, in all cases these parts have been delivered promptly.
In one case I had a problem with a part, Wemoto were very helpful on the phone and sent a replacement immediately.
I would very much recommend!
