Poor after sale service

Bought a corner sofa from Maidstone-DFS with some 5 year maintenance plan from them. I called them to avail maintenance, they said rudely they don't deal with this and I have to call some third party . I am trying to call this third party now and after 45 minutes wait I hung up,i have tried 4 times but no joy yet.

Very very very poor after sales customer service. I am regretting to have opted for dfs.
