Ok so I order a xbox one asda take payment out, couple days later I get a phone call from customer service saying my order would come today but according to track my order on asdas website it hasn't even been dispatched yet customer adviser was to hard to understand I think she was Pakistani or Indian so it was a little hard to understand what she was saying and didn't make the "supposed" delivery date very clear, and I quote "your order will come on the 25th".
What 25th of November or December first online order from asda and the last online order I make till customer service gets their info correct, got in contact with asda the number that phoned asda claimed it wasn't them, but it turns out they were out of stock even through the website stated they were in stock but they took my money and now have to wait 3-10 days for a refund, never ever going to use asda online or in store again They didn't even have the decency to contact me
I've brought DVD's games for the ps3 and books. Can't fault it would recommend it to anyone, some of the products are cheap till you add the post and packing on but overall great, pre-ordered something price was stated as £16.00 but with the VAT added and P&P worked out the same price in the shop but still good, some seller sent me the wrong game, got in contact with the seller and they said send it back and they sent me the correct one overall its 5* so try Amazon before you try anywhere else
I phoned Jessops up to place a order for Metz 44 AF-1 Digital Flashgun for Nikon, now this was on Tuesday July 30th, when I phoned up to order they said it would arrive on Wednesday as I placed my order before 5pm, it didn't arrive ok I understand that it may not always arrive next day, so I waited till 11.30 am on the Thursday then I phoned Jessops up to track my order, only to find out that it was stuck in the wear house and had not been dispatched yet, I was horrified to find this out, however a very nice man said he would get to the bottom of it and make sure that my flash gun would be sent out for Friday, he did phone back to say it had been sent out, now it is Friday and my order still has not arrived, I do not know if this is because of Jessops or because of their courier Parcel force anyway I will not be using this place as I have had to wait so long for my order, if they can't keep there promise why bother saying it
