I purchased a dishwasher from currys in Cambridge not realising I was having the display model. It was bubble wrapped and bought out to my car. I wasn't told it was display model. When I got it home I found scratches on the front and a 5" dent on the side. When I emailed customer services, they took 3 weeks to investigate and reply to me, only to tell me the staff at Cambridge said it was in pristine condition, and because I collected it from the store and it left the store without being seen, it's basically my fault. They offered me 5% of the machine price off for poor customer service!!! Reading other reports on here just makes cross that they can treat customers this way!!!
