My respond to Cinderella Group Srl, which gave the answer to Nicolai Zeijen:
Dear sirs, it won't do to expose the clients negligent. Of course we see and even (you won't possibly believe it) read your term and condition were you explain from the order to delivery. Because we pay our money and that's why we need guarantees! But you don't satisfy these conditions yourselves. ....."medium time is from 3 to 20 working days with a max of 30 after that we do immediately the refund to our customer if we don't ship out" - what about my order then from 21 June( invoice 3626/2013)? More than 30 days passed, for today it is already 54 days! Still no order, no refund!
The only way is to contact the police!
