Great Service
I have purchased glasses from glasses direct oon a number of occasions and never had a need to return them. This time my new varifocal glasses we not comfortable for reading with after wearing them for a week. I contacted GD & had a discussion with one of their opticians who asked me to return the glasses. I returns envelop arrived within 48 hours which I decided to send back by recorded delivery. GD notified me when they had received them & gave me a call the same day to confirm what checks they had done & what they indended to do. The next day the glasses arrived back with the issue resolved.

Good to have a reliable source for the specific strings I use at an excellent price. They also arrive pretty quickly. You cant really ask for anything more.

Excellent service and product
I had deliberated for sometime on changing all the handles in the house. I had initially been put off by the cost. However the handles supplied by handlesfordoors were spot on, reasonably priced and attractive. The comprehensive information on the website allowed me to select what I required with confidence. Delivery was also very quick.
