FlyBe are very much under-rated, i flew with them recently from Belfast City (BHD) to Manchester (MAN) and from start to finish it couldnt have been better. Staff were helpful, professional and very friendly. Their equipment was very modern and the cabin with very comfortable, and i can be honest and say that the seats and legroom on their Embraer 190 is much more than ive experienced on BA in economy.
Overall - Fantastic!
3 has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. They have a customer service line, which costs a fortune and when you get through the person on the other end of the line cannot understand you and vice versa. After being with 3 for approx 8 months i ended my contract with them through them breaching their side of the contract, ie lack of service and phonecalls dropping. I Paid the remainder of the contract to keep them quiet and to stop them from damaging my credit rating, however jump forward 6 years and 7 months and i get a bill for £67.38, stating that i broke the terms of the contract. I got my solicitor to send legal letters, threatening them with legal proceedings, and all i got was a letter from a debt collection company. 3 are cowards and must be doing pretty badly, seeing as they are having to do this to people that have been long shot of them. The only bad thing is that i have to give them 1 star, if i could, it'd award them -5 stars.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR CONTRACT, ASK FOR A LETTER TO BE SENT OUT STATING THAT YOU DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEY AND HOLD ONTO IT !!!!!!!
Dont understand what the problem is with everybody else, but here in Northern Ireland, they're more reliable than royal mail, the parcels arrive on time and in one piece unlike (sh)itylink, and they dont cost a fortune to use unlike DHL or UPS. I do all my shopping online and have experienced all the courier services. Had a driver from citylink leave a £1400 laptop on my porch and only for my next door neighbour seeing it, it would have been nicked, basically it was saying (if it could speak) "hello im a macbook air-nobodys watching,c'mon and steal me". Decided NEVER to use (sh)itylink again, however jokers masquerade use citylink and surpirse surprise, when you order a costume from them, they dispatch it that day. example last halloween, i ordered my costume on the 21st october, and paid £14 for express delivery (1-2 working days), I didnt get the item until the 3rd november. DPD are in my eyes fantastic
I order many items with a specific company, and everytime I use DPD they arrive on time,if not early and intact.
