CANT BE BOTHERED ATTITUDE

I HAVE USED TESCO ONLINE FOR MY GROCERIES E FEW TIMES NOW. THEY GIVE YOU THE SO CALLED OPTION OF SUBSTITUTIONS AND TO ADD A NOTE TO YOUR PICKER (SUPOSEDLY GIVING YOU THE CHANCE TO SPECIFY ANOTHER SIMILAR ITEM IF FIRST CHOICE ISNT IN STOCK) THEY TELL YOU THAT IF YOUR ITEM ISNT AVAILABLE THEY WILL SEND YOU SIMILAR OF EQUAL QUALITY OR BETTER,FOR SAME PRICE.NEARLY EVERY WEEK IN MY ORDER IS CADBURY CHOCOLATE TRIFFLES. NOTE TO PICKER,IF NOT IN STOCK,ANY SIMILAR CHOCOLATE DESSERT OR TRIFFLE WILL DO,DO NOT SEND FRUIT FLAVOUR THOUGH.
SO WHEN EVERTY TIME THEY DO THE EXACT OPPOSIT,I HAD TO ASK WHATS THE POINT OF NOTE TO PICKER? I WAS TOLD THAT IF THE ITEM ORDERED ISNT IN STOCK,THEY ARE AUOTMATICALLY GIVEN A SUBSTITUTION THEY ARE TO PROVIDE INSTEAD,NO MATTER WHAT THE PAYING CUSTOMER MAY HAVE ASKED FOR. INFACT,I WAS TOLD THE PICKERS DO NOT EVEN GET TO SEE YOUR NOTES,THEY SERVE NO PURPOSE.
NICE TO KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH ITS MY MONEY,THEY DECIDE WHAT I GET.....
IF THATS THE CASE,WHY BOTHER? I WAS TOLD IF IM NOT HAPPY I CAN RETURN IT WITH THE DRIVER FOR A FULL REFUND(A WEEK LATER). WELL IF I DID THAT WITH ALL THE SUBS THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING RECENTLY,I WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT ANYWAY AND DO MOST OF THE SHOPPING MYSELF,TOTALLY NEGATING THE REASON I ORDERED ONLINE IN THE FIRST PLACE,NOT TO MENTION THE DELIVERY FEE AND BUS FARE IT WOULD THEN COST.
FUNNY THJOUGH,AS WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT THIS ONCE BEFORE,I WAS GIVEN AN APOLOGY,AND TOLD THE PICKERS DO SEE THE CUSTOMER NOTES,AND SHOULD READ THEM AND FOLLOW THEM WHEREVER POSSIBLE.
ALL IN ALL,TESCO COME OFF AS A CANT BE BOTHERED COMPANY,WHO HAVE LITTLE REGARD FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER WHO KEEPS THEM EMPLOYED.
