After a month of hassle from myprotein, I had to look else where for my supplements. I had heard of bulkpowders but hadn't known any one that had used them. The company reminded me of myprotein of old. First order placed, website was easy to use, received my order on time, and prices very good. Still don't know my way around the products but I have no complaints about the protein blend.
After being offered 25% off to regain my custom, I decided to make an order. Now I remember why I stopped using this company. I ordered on the 6th November with 2 day delivery, On the 8th I received an email saying that my order would be a few days late. A week later I sent and email asking when It might be with me, well 5 emails later and no human response, I have a look on facebook and see 'I'm not the only one. After numerous failed attempts at contact via phone and email, I finally get promised a refund, that didn't happen until the intervention of paypay on the 4th December.
I had my reservation about sending off a phone with the promise of money (good money) being paid to me, I needn't have worried. The whole proses was easy and efficient, less than 24hours from looking at the website to receiving funds.
One piece of advice though, post the phone special delivery, it will cost £5.50 but in my opinion worth is. I had a friend send his standard royal mail and it got lost in the post, and was left out of pocket. special delivery is insured for up to £500 and guaranteed next day with a receipt.
