I recently ordered some £150 earphones. They arrived in reasonable time but arrived in packaging that looked to have been opened alreay. It then turned out they were faulty. After two weeks chasing them to find out what to do next, they finaly sent me a return form. I sent the earphones to them four weeks ago and have heard nothing since, despite sending numerous emails and leaving plenty of voicemail messages (they never answer their phone!). I am going to contact the OfT and my bank now as this feels like fraud to me
