Easy to do business with
Even though I made them an offer well below the listed price they responded quickly with a fair counter price which still included their free p&p which I thought was very fair. The items were better than I had expected and the delivery was very speedy. All in all a pleasure to do business with.

The extra mile.
I ordered over £100 worth of new cooking utensils from Procook for our new Induction hob but unfortunately one on the items was slightly damaged in transit. I contacted Vicki in their customers services who politely asked if I was able to email a photo of the damage which I did. Within less than an hour I received a email back to advise me that a replacement would be sent out that day and in fact it was sent next day delivery as well. There are a number of Companies I have dealt with in the past who would have been put to shame by such welcome and responsive customer services offered by ProCook. Brilliant

Best Price on the Web
Purchased a Neff Induction hob as the Electric Shop was offering the best deal I could find. Delivery quoted was 5-7 working days and it was received at the end of the quoted delivery period. The only observation I would make was that I had to initiate the phone calls to establish when it was going to be delivered rather than receiving a call or email to tell me when it was shipping. For nearly a £700 order that little extra communication would have been appreciated.

123 had the best on-line price and delivery option for this washing machine and with their "guaranteed" 2hr delivery slot was the best I could find.
The delivery was made within the agreed slot and all associated packing etc. was removed along with the old machine exactly as it said "on the tin"
Excellent service and excellent pricing.
