Very disappointing - item delivered damaged. My 83 year old father with partial sight took delivery and didn't spot the side damage on delivery. I noticed instantly when I arrived from work to install the fridge for them (some 2hrs after delivery) - and informed electric shop.com. They were not interested when I rang to advise as my father didn't highlight at the time of delivery. Product decryption also stated doors were reversible - this is not possible as freezer case is also damaged behind hinges (not sure how anyone could remove doors and hinges to check for this whilst the courier waits !!!) Again electric shop.com were not interested in this fact and very unhelpful, suggested i speak with LEC ... LEC stated it was electric shops issue. Feel electric shop.com have sold a grade 2 product to vulnerable pensioners without support. Would not recommend this company to anyone
