Excellent company with excellent products and excellent customer service
Everything is easy to order, is sent very quickly, and arrives nicely packaged. Anytime I need gear, they are the first ones I goto, and while the prices are usually the best, I would not hesitate to pay even a little more to get great service from them.

Even with the weather delays, I was sure that my necklace would be delivered - Edited since ordered again!
I bought my necklace during the bad weather that caused alot of delays with planes. I live in a remote part of Canada and because of the delays it took 6 weeks to arrive, however, the customer service provided to me during that time was very supportive and helpful. I had complete confidence that my necklace would eventually arrive and if it didn't that I would be taken care of. Lucky for me the necklace did come and it was beautiful and my daughter loved it. A big thanks to the friendly staff at My Name Necklace, I highly recommend them to my friends and I absolutely would buy again.
Update 11/15- I ordered again and wanted to mention how mynamenecklace is still the best ... Great selection, very helpful and informative descriptions, quality product, already happy with the Christmas gifts I ordered.
