Having suffered a severe puncture on a Wednesday lunch time, I was in need of a replacement due to failing to replace a puncture a week earlier, leaving me without a spare. Seeing the Kwik-Fit mobile repair service I booked online and to my surprise was able to book for the following day (Thursday).
Within 10 minutes of booking online I received a confirmation phone call from Customer Services, who explained the driver would call 30 minutes prior to arriving, which he duly did. Not only did he arrive on time, he then tried to repair one of the tyres (he had no chance with the other!!) but found it wasn't a puncture but poor fitting by someone else. Taking the time to explain to me why it was damaged and that I should be able to get a refund.
Within 24 hours of booking, I'd been visited and repaired, all for the price of two tyres. Outstanding service!
