ordered something on 31/7 to be delivered on 2/8, first of all it was sent to the wrong depot, Horndean instead of Exeter so was going to be a day late, then waited in all day on 3/7 no delivery, checked tracking and they said failed delivery and card left, they certainly did not try to deliver to my house and no card left here!! checked the address they have for me and it is correct, they also have a contact number for me but can't be bothered to use it, the parcel is meant to be coming today!! we will see if it actually turns up.
