Outstanding in every way ... they set the benchmark for ease of ordering, excellent communication and customer service

I have very large, very expensive tyres (and special wheels) on my car that cost an absolute fortune to replace. The factory Yokohamas, while excellent for grip, only last about 15,000 miles both front and rear. When they needed replacing for the third time a friend recommended Blackcircles. As soon as I went on the site the experience was fantastic. It was all so easy to get the right tyres for the car based on simply entering the registration number. I also had a much better choice of tyres and the ones I chose have lasted more than twice as long as the factory fitted tyres with no drawbacks that I can discern. They were also substantially better priced. I have since replaced two of them, and replaced four other tyres on another car. In every case the process was very clear and helpful, and a doddle to organise. I love that you can order the tyres, specify a fitter and a date and the tyres are delivered there for you and fitted. The communication from Blackcircles is also exemplary, setting out everything you need to know and more. They really do set the benchmark for their communication. It is clear that they have taken the time to get every detail just right, and they put most others out there to shame. The first time I chose a fitter close to where I live and they did an outstanding job. The next time, I chose a fitter because they were a "Premier Partner", but in all honestly they were nowhere near as good as the first fitter. The third time, I went back to the first fitter (Brake & Service World, Milton Keynes) ... and once again they were outstanding. When you combine their excellent and totally hassle free service with the service and excellent communication from Blackcircles you have a totally unbeatable combination. I cannot imagine using anyone else after these three outstanding services. I highly recommend both parties.
