I purchased some headfones that turned out to be faulty.
I have tried to contact them over 20 times, via phone, emails and letter.
Their voicemail is a joke as it still pertains to the Christmas period.
Unfortunately, I didnt research them first, if so I would have NEVER given them a penny.
