Terrible, please avoid Sky

Sky were incredibly helpful when I signed up for them. I have now had them for 2 weeks and my internet failed. Have spend 15 minutes on hold before speaking to a customer service representative and have now been told that it is a problem with a port at their end which will take 3 days to fix. WTF????!!!! 3 days without internet and I have only been with them for 14 days. Will be looking into changing providers.


Low quality products and customer service

I bought a pair of shoes which started falling apart after 5 wears. Emailed customer service and they asked me to send photos. I send photos which they indicated would be reviewed by their purchase department. They then failed to respond and only after I repeatedly chased them up did they say that they could not offer a refund even though the soles were starting to come loose. Will never buy from them again.


Worst customer service ever

Once you are with scottish power it is IMOSSIBLE to contact them without having to wait hours and hours on hold for some useless telephone drone to answer who won't be able to help you anyway. Typical responses once you reach someone are (i) their computer systems are down, (ii) they will contact you back within 5 business days (this never occurs) and (iii) once they seemed to just disconnect and there was no way I was going onto their hold line again - they had my number and couldn't be bothered ringing back. WORST COMPANY EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Lost my packeage - impossible to get in contact with them and they just lie constatnly that they will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

Failed credit check... WTF??

I have a great credit history yet car phone warehouse said I failed their "security check". Absolutely no reason why this should have occurred. What a waste of time - customer support was absolutely no help with the statement "I'll call you back" - needless to say no call was received.


Really bad customer service

Bought two shirts from here with the same measurements and they both fit completely differently! On is slightly too tight and long and the other is a bit short. Customer service is prett terrible so don't expect any help there...
