With Jessops shops going under I was worried the photo book side of the business might follow. Fortunately it has not and is still offering the excellent service it always had. I have used them for many years now. Just awaiting the return of my biggest book yet, 122 pages. Any problems, I have always found the helpline so friendly and no problem too big.
I ordered a couple of items for my grandson. One came on time by post,
but the other never turned up. Chased Amazon and was told attempted delivery had been made by Home Delivery at 7pm and would be tried again the next day. This was an outright lie because we were in all the time and no card was put through the door advising attempted delivery. The next day passed with no delivery and on chasing Amazon was told Home Delivery had vehicle trouble. I then cancelled delivery and brought the item at Tesco.
Had I not been lied to I would of waited till Monday for delivery. I am still awaiting a call from Amazon customer services 6 days later.
I was really surprised how easy it was to park the car and get to the terminal. We drew up to the barrier, and was greeted by a Hello Mr Faux, my ticket was printed out with all my details. I parked the car easily and low and behold there was a bus to the terminal. Parked and inside the terminal within 20 minutes. Same on the return journey. Certainly would book again.
Really glad we decided to hire a Canon EF100-400 f4.5-5.6 L IS lens from Lensesforhire. As we were going on Safari I wanted a good lens for close-ups, and was this the right choice. Easy to use, great reproduction and the prints were realistic. The staff at Lensesforhire were friendly, informative and easy to deal with. Now we are home and only have the photos to look at it was one of the best decisions we have made. I will certainly do it again.
