THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DON'T DELIVER AND ACT STUPID. AND AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY STILL HAVE PROBLEMS JUST REFUNDING IT. WEBSITE HAS GLITCHES WITH PAYMENT PROCEDURE. THE ONE THING THE ARE GOOD AT IS APOLOGIZING. I HATE THEM.

I think i made the same order twice. First i tried to pay with paypal and thought it didn't work. Made same order again, paying with credit card. Now
i noticed e-mail from paypal that order no. 14181521 is pending. That's why i'm cancelling this mistakenly doubled order no. 14181622. Thanks.

Hello,
on 3rd january i placed an order with you (Order no.: 14181622). It was cancelled a few days later. You have taken 8.92 gbp from my account for
that order. The money still hasn't been refunded to my bank account. Can you please return my money or i will have to report the matter to my bank.

Hello,
as you have not refunded my money for this cancelled order by today I have contacted my bank. I was told that I might be required to give a
statement at the police station and forward it to them. Before proceeding with any accusations of theft i've decided to give you one last chance to
refund my money and spare you and me this whole unnecessary procedure. The order was made on january 3rd and cancelled a few days later
because you couldn't fulfill your part of the deal.
