Don't sell on here
I used Amazon.co.uk to sell my brand new un-opened smart phone. I got a sale pretty quickly being the cheapest price at the time on there. The customer paid and I sent the phone the next day as expected. Put the tracking details to get my funds but no... my money was held for 60 days for no obvious reason to me.
They sometimes sent me emails saying I can have the money when it turned out they made a mistake. Anyway I finally got my money (and they probably got some good percentage from interest)
About 180 days after the sale the customer emails me asking for a refund! :S saying the phone is rubbish.. a month later and nothing more has happened... yet

A great improvment
Got updates through every stage of my order and the whole process was quick and smooth. They're great for a brand new company that us hobby lovers need to be able to afford it... I haven't found a cheaper price, even on eBay!!!
