Did not deliver code for 4 days and it was half the value I paid

My girlfriend was overseas and I needed a code. I used this site to purchase a 20 pound voucher - they charged 22 pounds for this. After 9 emails and 4 days they sent me a 10 pound voucher.

Do not waste your time or money - I do not know if I will get a refund for the difference - to tell you the truth I do not care. I just want my credit and I wanted it 4 days ago
