I purchased a laptop to run CAD programs for my MSc summer research dissertation, the laptop broke completely within two weeks and took me by surprise as I didn't expect a brand new laptop to break in such a short time. I took it back to Argos and they gave me some rubbish about they had to send it off to be repaired and wouldn't give me a refund even though I had owned the product less than 28 days, I now have no laptop to do my work, if your a student in the same situation do you really want to be put through this. They were also very rude, avoid if you need a reliable laptop and service.
