I received my purchase in a timely manner. It was packaged well and is exactly what it was described to be. I purchased from play.com though as the price was considerably higher on amazon but both supplied by gameseek. :) Thank you and my little boy loves it!

Beware!
I purchased a Kuster high chair...I was surprised when it arrived 2 days later. It was however not the colour I had ordered. I phoned them and the first thing the man asked was "if i could just like the colour I had received?" I stated no it was not what I had ordered and was informed they would pick it up and exhcange it. I was given a date and stayed in all day and no one arrived. I phoned around 5 pm and was told no one was coming. They gave me another date and again I stayed in all day waiting for it to be picked up to no avail. I then phoned and had a very hard time getting any answers out of them. I had to send the product back via courier paying for it myself and threaten with legal action before getting a refund processed! Shocking customer service and horrible attitudes!! I would think twice before using them even if the price is good!!!! I purchased my highchair...in the proper colour from another reputable baby site who were only too happy to pricematch!

Complete Fraudsters!
I placed an order in February and immediatly received confirmation. The money was taken from my bank a day later. It is now over 30 days and I have yet to receive the car seat. I have had no response whatsoever to my emails, they don't answer their phones. The shop is closed and shutters are down for a couple of weeks now! BEWARE this company! Do NOT order from them unless you like throwing your money away. Shocking service and I believe complete Fraudsters. I have filed a criminal complaint against them and have claimed my money back through the bank! This company should be shut down and the owner prosecuted for fraud!!!!
