Complete failure in customer service by 118

I bought a swing speed radar for £114.99 from this company last July as a gift for my husband who is a PGA professional. In November he returned it as it was not performing consistantly, and was faulty. Since then 118 have failed to respond to emails. I chased them myself this week, and was told they had sent it back to us already, & that they would investigate and call me back that day. Two
days later, I have still had no contact or call. The product has not been replaced nor any refund made. This company is very fast in delivering, & I gave them a review with top marks when the delivery was made. If you buy anything where service beyond this is required, then I would suggest you think twice about dealing with this company.
