Promised a next day delivery. Over 1 week later still no battery.
I cancelled the order and paid a premium to buy locally. After 9 days the battery finally arrived and was sent back to batterymegastore for a refund.
They tried to impose a restocking fee of £15 which is a breach of both their Ts & Cs and the Distance Selling Act.
They stopped responding to my requests for a refund.
45 days later, still no refund, final chance tomorrow then it's either a visit to the Small Claims Court or a visit from Trading Standards for Battery Megastore.
Avoid, even if they are a couple of pounds cheaper.
