I purchased a Stuburt rain jacket that unfortunately developed a fault. Sent a picture of the fault to golf247 and within a few hours they got back to me stating that if I returned it then they would send out a brand new one asap. Now that's customer service. Thank you!
To anyone in and around the Derby area, buy your clubs from here! Went to purchase a 3 wood and was blown away by the customer service there. Was fully fitted for my new R11 3 wood and was given some invaluable swing tips to boot. Oh and they were exactly the same price as the golf websites so great value for money as well. Try them!
made a booking, ordered 2 coaches for my brothers wedding day and paid on that basis. on the day of the booking they sent 1 double decker and simply fobbed us off with some rubbish about the other bus breaking down and having tried to contact us. this was unacceptable to us due to certain cultural issues (women and men should travel on separate coaches as the men tend to be drunk on the way back from the wedding reception). now they refuse to refund us on the basis that only 1 coach turned up and worse they keep changing their story as to why they feel they are not at fault. I'm now taking this up with my solicitor as well as the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK. You (the public) have been warned!!!
I use interlink on a daily basis and have to say that they have been impeccable since I've been with them (especially compared to the nightmare that was DHL who I used before). Only thing is I wish they were able to offer more competitive prices for shipping to Northern Ireland (still have to use DHL for that). Staff at my local depot are beyond excellent and importantly they are reachable on a direct line and always answer within a couple of rings. With DHL you get put in a queue to speak to some teenager who hasn't got a clue and couldn't care less. Keep it up Interlink and don't rest on your laurels!
