I have had it with bt constantly mucking up everytime we ring get told something different they never sort the problem they dont understand anything I say or vice versa weve moved house told them to cancel our old place several times we paying for a new line which isnt even connected and still getting billed for our old place which obviously not using thay either its disgusting two bills a month for a service were not getting they dont listen they dont help im sick of itt unfourtunatly bt are the only provider we can go with so disapointed
