As a trader never use these cowboys to deliver parcels. The collection centre in Birmingham shuts when they feel like it, not when head office tell you they are open. They take your card and then all sit there continuing their conversation for 20 minutes until at least 6 other people turn up to make it worthwhile getting off their lazy backsides to go and fetch your parcel.
The most appalling experience as the end receiver .
All of CEX merchandise is second hand so when looking to purchase an item I naturally wanted to pick it up and check for any external signs of damage, only to be told, 'You are not alowed to touch the items'
I complained to their head office only to be told it is company policy to avoid the risk of theft.
Thank you CEX for treating me like a thief, another lost customer.
