Placed my first order with Marisota for a jacket that I hadn't seen anywhere else... all good, got a 1st time discount and a £150 credit limit... all good so far, item was despatched in a couple of days... so far so good!
I then get a tracking number from them to check on delivery. when I checked it two days later it says it has been delivered? I had no card through my letterbox, wasn't allowed to contact Hermes the couriers to find out where it had been left, so I emailed Marisota who told me to wait ten days and then contact them again.
Ten days later I contacted them again and was told I needed to be sent a claim letter and send it back and then my account would be cleared and they would resend the jacket.
I completed the form the day I received it and sent it back same day. Ten days later I am still being told it is being investigated and that they will contact me later. I told them I am worried about not being able to order the jacket again and that it might sell out. They didn't care!
I can't reorder it myself unless I hand over the cash and don't use my account - which still hasn't been cleared. Knowing how they are being about this I do not want to part with my own money if the same thing is going to keep happening and I never actually receive any goods!
Awful awful company - reading the other reviews on here I am not surprised! My Mum wanted to order some stuff from them too (as did her friends) but this has put them off. I just want to recive my jacket.
When I logged into my account it said I needed to make a payment of £14.99 but I will not make a payment for a product I haven't received, haven't tried on and might have sent back anyway if it didn't fit and I didn't like it, but I would have liked the option at least!
