I subscribed to Wix as a premium user because of the ability to create a beautiful website. But as they say, beauty is only skin deep.
Beneath the nice looking website is a customer support that sucks! Instead of releasing more and more Apps, Wix should direct more resources to better understand what customers are complaining about and be more responsive to serving customers and solving their problems.
Not only after waiting for forever to get a reply or possibly a fix to my problems (it can sometimes take weeks to fix), their customer support staff are rude.
What was irritating was when they are still trying to fix the problem and you get an email response from customer support that they are closing the ticket because they have not heard from me.
What do you want me to say, while you are still fixing the problem at your own sweet time, and we the customers would have no choice but only to wait? I see no point ranting and raving when they only fall on deaf ears.
