Fantastic tiles have really helped to make a truely elegant bathroom!

We chose the Crackle glaze Cream Haze Antique tile and matching border tile. For a period house these tiles are perfect. The crackle glaze ages them to fit in our Grade 1 listed house, and the metro tile style works well, without being too frumpy. We also bought a similar tile in grey with a satin finish for another bathroom, which also looks great and a little more contemporary - a pity this didn't having the matching border tile though, as it really helps to give a polished look.

Great product and value for money - shame about the delivery company!

I found exactly the right shaped counter-topped basin that I was looking for on the ClickBasin website, and I had been looking for quite some time! The website was easy to use, and the order went through straight away. I was very happy. However, then the nightmare began! The delivery company they use is absolutely dreadful. Delivery time quoted is from 7.30am to 9pm - over a 13hour time period! and they refuse to call prior to delivery. I waited in for an entire day - nothing! Rearranged delivery for the following day - still nothing! I had now waited in for 2 days. More apologies from the delivery company - rearranged for yet another date, and still nothing. 3 days in the house waiting for the basin - I hardly dare go to the bathroom in case I missed it! The basin finally arived on the 4th delivery date arranged, and the product is great. Exactly what we were looking for and good quality, at what we thought was a very reasonable price. Much nicer then those on the high street and for less. Shame the delivery was such a disaster.

We will investigate what went wrong, as can be seen from our feedback it is not a normal occurrence and it is our experience that 99% of our items arrive the next day.

Our apologies again that you experienced this problem and we will take this up with the courier involved, so we get a clear picture of why this occurred, which led to your poor review when you are so happy with the product itself.
