DON'T use this network. It is completely insane and it drove me crazy. I currently lost my phone and I need them to give me a PDF file about my usage details. At first, I contacted their online agent online, they asked me to send them a letter, together with a 10GBP check, so they can do that for me (AND it will take 40 days, which is INSANE). And I asked can I do it by email, they said yes. (So what is that 10 GBP for if I do it by post? They didnt explain to me even I asked). So I send them my details in order to get that PDF file. They told me I have to wait 5 working days. So I asked them on 9th and today is 15th. I got no reply from them even I asked them on 13 and 14th, when will I get the PDF, they COMPLETELY IGNORED me!! What a customer service. I will never use them again and I will ask my friends not to use them!
Good customer service after my complain. Thank you Ash! There should be some improvement for the claiming process such as allocating one customer representative for each claim so that the customers can feel that they are not left behind.
